Hi all,

I've worked on my project for a while but I think I am still a beginner here. I aim to make an action RPG but it's still raw now. I've setup a indiegogo campaign which includes some videos about it. No matter the campaign success or not, I really want to know someone's comment. Please have a look & give me any advice to improve it. Thanks so much!

By the way, I still remember how hard it is while I started my T3D project. I have no idea about game development at all. However, It's great there're many resources & professionals here. So, I can get some help from them. Please let me know if you have any question after watch my game videos. Let's discuss & improve our project together!

First off I think you did an amazing job on all of this! One thing I did notice right away are some translation issues that may turn people away. People are hit with tons of advertisements so it needs to capture their attention quickly in a good way. The best thing you can do if you are looking for immediate feedback is to submit the game as a "Greenlight Concept" because it is free and you will get tons of constructive feedback. Install Steam and submit your game information as a concept here: http://steamcommunity.com/greenlight/

DreamPharaoh,

I am stuck in internet promotion of my project. I haven't study Steam completely yet. I thought I must upload a full-game or its beta there. "Greenlight Concept" really is a good choice for indie game developer.

Thanks for your advice. I watched Gods and Nemesis videos before & I think it's amazing. Good job!

Make some good looking screenshots, a short good looking trailer 1-3 minutes and submit it to Steam Greenlight, since Steam Greenlight will likely give you more promotion than everything else.
For campaigns like Indiegogo you need an audience first, so you need to promote first and when you have an audience you can make a campaign.
