Two problematic issues

I'm having two rather irritating issues with Constructor 1.0.4. I'm using Mac OS X 10.10.5. The first one is simple: trying to load any shapes via any of the shape creation buttons freezes the program.
However, the bigger issue is that I also can't save or export anything at all. None of the options in the menu bar work. They're all greyed out, which means I can't save anything or export anything for some reason. I made an example entity to try something out, but I couldn't save it or export it.

I have figured out that if one tries to quit the program with CMD+Q, it will ask to save and then quit.
Anyway, I'll give wiping it a go and see what happens.

Yes, I realise that. Only reason I'm using Constructor is for making some Marble Blast Gold interiors. 1.0.4. is as far as Constructor goes for OSX users, I'm going to assume that since it's not supported anymore, it never progressed from there.I have figured out that if one tries to quit the program with CMD+Q, it will ask to save and then quit.

Oh, well, OSX.... Then it probably has its own unique set of issues. Consolation, if you have access to a PC almost anywhere the Windows version should work just fine and might not have this issue.

May I ask why you are using constructor anyways? Creating your model in Blender and exporting as Collada and simply clicking "Visible Mesh" under collision of the object is far superior (from my experience) and always up-to-date. I used to use Constructor years ago when they were not talking about dropping support for DIF models. The reason I did not like it myself is that it would drop faces or the collision in areas. The Quake program did this too. It as unbelievably frustrating especially when the interior became complex.

And the latest version of Constructor is 1.0.6. Not even sure how you got 1.0.4 - I see 1.0.3 and the 1.0.3 to 1.0.6 patch available in downloads....
Anyway, your best bet might be to wipe it and reinstall it.
