Help with tickets

Hi just purchased a game called dealers choice it has a touch screen and is set for free play. I tried to disconnect the tickets from coming out , but game beeps and says ticket jam. Game is for home use . Was wondering if anyone knows a way to stop tickets from being dispensing. Thanks tom
