T3D Dedicated Server on Raspberry Pi

I have been tinkering with my Raspberry Pi 2 for the last few days trying to get T3D to compile.
I have limited experience with linux (I am using Raspbian on the Pi), but it seems that the directions for compiling the T3D dedicated server don't work on the Pi. Is this possible?
I'm sure the Pi VS2 is powerful enough to run at least a dedicate server, no?

Might want to try installing Raspian on a x86 compatible (not sure if that will fly) and seeing if that doesn't work also.

I'm guessing it won't run on ARM - at one time there was some inline ASM and I'm not sure that would like the ARM processor much at all. I think Ubuntu is a Debian derivative, as is Raspian, so that part should be close enough.Might want to try installing Raspian on a x86 compatible (not sure if that will fly) and seeing if that doesn't work also.

I am new to linux, I have never even build T3D on a desktop system, so I think trying to build it on an RPI would take more time than it's worth at the moment. I thought that running a dedicated server would be simpler than a full build.
Would is be possible to crosscompile, or build a T3D dedicated server on another machine, and run it on the PI?

Ah, I hadn't even considered that the actual Chip itself might be a problem! I thought about the RAM and the processor speed, but didn't take that into account!I am new to linux, I have never even build T3D on a desktop system, so I think trying to build it on an RPI would take more time than it's worth at the moment.
