TGB not in account page

According to this thread (https://www.garagegames.com/community/forums/viewthread/129147) TGB is available in the account page. However, when I go to my account page I don't see any link for it.

I'm a noob at this. Any ideas what I'm missing?

@John - The legacy engine (TGB) is only available to those who purchased a license to it. That's who the thread was aimed at. Check out Torque 2D MIT for a better engine, as Dwarf linked to.
