TGE License Terms

I'm having trouble figuring out what kind of licensing TGE now falls under. I originally purchased TGE back in '04 or '05 as an indie. I also own a T3D 1.2 Studio license - with T3D going open source I wondered if TGE is also open source? or if it's not have the terms changed in anyway?

I had figured as much, still mainly working with T3D 1.2 here, near the end of a 2 year project on it. I was thinking about doing something really basic with my old TGE license since I could release on linux and mac.
I guess TGE indie license still ain't bad for something small. Thanks for the quick reply!

Yeah I supplied Digini (Blade3D guys) with a bunch of demo models. I got myself a copy of the it back then, was a neat engine.I had figured as much, still mainly working with T3D 1.2 here, near the end of a 2 year project on it. Also just drop Garage Games a mail about the TGE license if you wish to be 100 procent sure :O)
Or perhaps Mich would like to drop in?

You covered it all Dwarf. Spot on.
Torque Owner Dwarf King
Noble Games Production
Torque 3D MIT falls under... MIT license.
TGE is sadly NOT Open Source.
Use Torque 3D MIT or even more fun use Torque 3D AFX 2.0 MIT :O)

Edit:
What is "Blade 3D Promotion"?
Edit Edit:
Ah another engine and back then people got a discount when migrating from it I guess.
