Is the Marble Blast Ultra PC Port illegal?

Hey there, some days ago I saw on Internet a MBU PC port ready for free download. But it is legal in any way?

Since the community marble blast website (former official MB website, but was handed to a forum community by IAC several years ago) was forced to remove full versions of the game a week ago by IAC I would say it definitely is not legitimate.

It is not legitimate. I removed the link from your original post. The "port" that people refer to is actually illegal distribution of a game owned by IAC. By owned, I mean distribution rights, IP, code, art, et all. As much as I love the game and its community, this does not involve GarageGames, LLC or Graham Software. We have no control over the illegal distribution, but we can remove links to it that are posted on our sites.
