New Video Tutorial series

The Torque 3D video tutorials online is very limited, looking to create a new series of video Tutorials and counting on the Torque 3D community to help out assembling better Video Tutorials.

The series that are online, or are outdated or do not have enough objectivity to be understandable. Things are often not clear enough. I did a raw script and guide to the new tutorials series.

Help out by posting updates on the tutorials description and write the script for the video tutorial series. Explain what else should be included and write a small script to serve as a guide line for you or some one else to use a recording screen program to assemble the video.

Tutorials script and guide :

1 - Installing windows
2 - Installing Linux (Ubuntu) standard think is enough
3 - First step create and load one level.
4 - Create a Entrance Menu.
5 - Terrain editor
6 - Object editor
7 - Build A RTS Camera manipulation, since is very specific.
8 - Chance Main Character
9 - Create a item Inventory
10 - Equip unequip a sword throw a inventory icon
11 - Particle effects (Fire ball)
12 - Cast a spell with the particle effect (Fire ball)
13 - Add a sound when the fire ball is casted
14 - Damage decrease with a health bar.
15 - Add a regenerate rate so that that health bar regains health.
16 - Create a enemy that melee attack player on field of range.

Add to which video the fundamentals of the engine : how classes work, how objects work, how they are process, where things are loaded, why are they loaded if explanation is not to extensive.

The video series gives a new comer enough information to start reading a book on the subject, because it have a good base to start working with. A subject to deepen it's knowledge on how the 3D engine works.

One can write a small script for which tutorial to make it objective, so when recording a person know what to do and when to do it.
