Per the title, I'm wondering if the guiTheoraControl or some equivalent is in T2D/MIT. I have a project coming up that requires streaming video...

Just download FRAPS: http://www.fraps.com/download.php. If you like it after trying it out then buy it because it is reasonable.

My quandary is that I needed to demonstrate a streaming hardware encoder system I setup for a client - To emulate the end-user I built a demo of a streaming media player using the guiTheora bits from T3D, and now the client wants both the encoder hardware and the player...

So I'm thinking that you could just strip down a T3D "game" into a Theora player or you could try to port the Theora player from T3D to T2D. Option 1 sounds way easier.

I pretty much have a theora player done using T3D guis, my quandary there is that I need to compile it as a native iOS/Android app...
