Zone/Portal issues in 64-bit

Greets all:

I recently setup 3.6.2 using CMake and built both 32-bit and 64-bit projects of the same source code.
Everything runs fine, but when I opened a level with numerous detailed shapes with multiple zonesportals they don't work.
STATS: 3.6.2/VS2010/Torsion - multiple binaries run from the same source using multiple configurations in Torsion.

@Daniel: Sorry I've not been able to isolate the issue far enough to post a bug. I think I've narrowed it down to an issue with Portals - I can verify that using same code in 32-bit, portals work fine but don't work in 64-bit.

Any news on this?

Has this been fixed in the newer versions?

Still holding on to version 3.5.1 set up to run on a VS 2013 due to the fact that I know what I have... :O)
