Looking for a programmer to modify the eye adaption and HDR POSTFX

by Kory Imaginism · in Jobs · 11/08/2014 (9:16 am) · 5 replies

About 3 or 4 monthes ago FEWES created an eye adaption and HDR shader that was awesome!

WHAT I NEED:
some custom code that feeds values into the shader system.

DESCRIPTION:
I need the zone object extended to include an "Indoors" value which could be set on any given zone. This value would then registered as a post shader variable and then used in the luminance pass of the stock HDR shader to brighten the lighting depending on if the camera was indoors or not.

an example of what we are looking to have done:

I'm willing to pay for the work and will consider releasing it as a community resource. If anyone feels they could get this done please contact me via email.

Why do you need zone factors?

Downsamlple the depth buffer to 16x16 , 32x32 ,....
Apply Poisson filter with 6-10 samples.
This is enough to get the scene luminance.

No problem to do it in January, because by the end of the year I have assumed many commitments.
