Looking for Team members (paid)

WHAT
We are looking to assemble a team; or to add more team members to help create Nightmare: Origins. Our blog can be found here:www.garagegames.com/community/blogs/view/21860. It's a FPS/over the shoulder 3rd person survival horror game, with 4 player co-op; battle mode and more. The game is being created using T3D of course, and we are targeting PC (for now).
PAYMENT
Currently we are looking to negotiating some kind of deal.
We are currently working to get a good running prototype. Once that is taken care of we plan on putting the project on kickstarter. At that time we plan to pay you from that money. If you have the skills and want to extend your portfolio, this might be a good chance.
So far all the financial duties have been taken care of out of pocket. So if you decide to take the job, I'll done my best to make sure you receive payment. Unless you are wanting to join the team, then we can negotiate a fair deal. Now currently it's a small team. A level designer and 3 modellers. I can not make promises on how much money we'll have for developing the game and if we'll get any at all from kickstarter but I'm still working on more options.
Options we are offering at this point are royalties. Until the project is launched on kickstarter or whatever. Also if the amount is reached. We can also offer a royalties deal depending on the amount of work that is done. That can be discussed via email.
WHAT'S DONE SO FAR
Currently the demo terrain and level assets are being taken care of. We have most of the enemies and characters models taken care. I'm looking to work with a programmer to get the core features done.
I'm also looking to work with a scriptor to layout the basic events for the demo game level(s). We have started to build a fanbase on facebook. We are only doing word of mouth now but once development moves along. We expect more interest in the game should pick up.
WHAT THE OFFER
A position on the team, name in credits, and hopefully compensation for your work. We can discuss it via email, but again - I can not promise anything yet because this project does not have any investor(s) yet.
This is a serious project, our goal is that everyone's time pay off and create a AAA game on the T3D engine. I still may need you to sign an NDA when you start. That's to help everyone involved and also for me to pay you once I am able to do so through the income generated by the game or it's kickstarter/or whatever campaign.
WHAT POSITIONS?
We are looking for the following people for the team:
Environment Artist
* Knowledge in the construction of terrains via L3DT or whatever and importing them into T3D.
* Knowledge on texture creation, good at setting up time of day and lighting.
* Strong knowledge of working with the terrain system in T3D.
* Great communicator
2D Graphic artist
* Can creates 2D icons and etc for GUI/UI, sprite sheets, etc
* Knowledge on how to operate the icon in T3D
* Good knowledge of T3D's GUI editor
* Great communicator
3D Animator
* Can work with simple low poly models
* Knowledge of the art pipeline in T3D and can optimize the model and etc
* Basic rigging skills required
* Examples of previous works required
* Great communicator
Programmer
* Strong knowledge of C++ is required; also a good understanding of the T3D core.
* Will help me with balancing the game
* Good at integrating 3rd party software and creating things like a camera system
* Great writing skills and communicating skills
