#52 Have you thought about simply using a standard creative commons attribution license like CC-BY-4.0 or so, since custom licenses are a pain, I want to quickly find some stuff to use and not read every individual license first to know what I am allowed to do.

#53 My license is identical to CC-BY 4.0 with one restriction: projects using my music must abide by Youtube community standards. :)

#54 Looks much more complicated when reading it.
I meant why don't you write something like this: Music is CC-BY 4.0 if you use it attribute as follows "Music by soundimage.org" or whatever you like. - This would be much easier to understand than several pages of license terms, yes the CC licenses have long license terms also, but you can link to them and most people using CC content already know them.
Why you want that rule in addition? Videos that do not follow Youtube guidelines will be removed anyway and even with CC-BY you still have moral rights.
