I have a need on one surface, attach a lot of materials at the same time, in a particular application sequence, using their, alpha channel transparency. how to do this?
I did a lot digging in the settings Blender Export in format colada, but could not get the opportunity to export materials with textures and UV pattern, in such a way that at one and the same surface overlay several materials. I need more experience.

What is shown in this picture is the principle of how it works in Blender, but in Torque 3D, not allow the many textures it allows only one standard set of textures, as part of a single material, but I need a lot of layers of images on the surface of one 3D objec it means need a way how make a sandwich of materials which maintain the Torque 3D.
