License Torque 2d splash screen

#1 If you are using Torque 2D MIT, you do not have to use a splash screen. If you are using the legacy, licensed engine (TGB), you have to use a splash screen.

We planning to develop very simple kids application on TGB 1.8. Unfortunately, splash screen can be a reason for bad selling. How can we dont show a splash screen? May be a buy another licence? Or another way?
