Torque 3D Lastest Download is Missing Functionality?

Hey there,
I'm trying to learn everything I can about torque before beginning my own project. I recently downloaded Torque "Download Binary" and noticed the Project Manager doesn't contain the ability to publish projects like the tutorials do. Is there an alternative method to this now?

What were some of the other things removed, I'm now curious.

Really?
Well, you don't get me wrong, but if you are so curious to know on what was removed from commercial version, maybe would be good idea to query directly someone of the garagegames.com staff, who could supply to you a complete report about that. Unfortunately, I cannot do that.
Furthermore, I don't want to start off another hate explosion here on this forum. Sorry!
All other posts, if any, on this thread addressed to me about this theme will be ignored.

The toolbox? All dependence on third-party code that was incompatible with the MIT license. Which meant it was pretty much rebuilt from the ground up, so the team opted to keep it simple because of time and money constraints.
The engine? The same, though as far as I can remember there wasn't much left to change after the transition from TGE/A (which contain third-party lighting code that would take a lot of effort to replace, along with a few other things). I wasn't on that team, but I remember functionality being essentially unchanged.
A thorough search might turn up the change log - I think one was published for T3D 1.2 -> MIT, but I'm not certain.

The engine was unchanged. The toolbox app, as Richard noted, had to be redesigned from the ground up using the newer version of Qt. The previous version was tied to a specific license that did not allow us to release it, and was also more of a beast to maintain. Dave W. rewrote the current version available from scratch.

Quote: directly someone of the garagegames.com staffDon't do that. Get into contact with a Torque 3D MIT steering committee member, via these forums, IRC, or in their profile e-mails. Any matter or question related to Torque MIT (2D or 3D) should be handled this way.

I apologise if you felt offended by my previous post, it was not my intention.
For your knowledge only, the last time that I expressed freely my opinion related to Torque 3D, on these forums, I was exposed to a very embarrassing situation right here (practically a lynching) just because some people disagreed of a comment that I had written.
Therefore, I just wanted to avoid a repeat or revival of that unfortunate episode.
I hope you might understand now the reason because I have not answered your query directly.
Cheers,

Unfortunately, all the necessary tools ready to use, shown on tutorial pages (deployment section) to publish your project, after it has been completed, was just one of the several things that has been removed from the commercial version of Torque 3D, after the software became a game engine free and open source MIT.
Hence, as an alternative method, now you might use a (commercial or free) installer or compression program such as WinZip (commercial), 7-zip (Free) or similar to distribute your end product.
That's it!
Cheers,
