Hi developers,
I am new to making games, yet I have very strong passion, drive and determination to let my projects come true and (un)real.
For more info about me, see my profile.

Mostly looking for Unity developers. More below.
If you are new to developin, u r exactly THE ONE whom im searching for. Yet only passion is sometimes not enough, (some fundamentals r always better starts) yet I do want u to learn your role on your own, during your FREE time as interest, NOT a job, yet (means, no profit till finished{maybe we could find some support/sponsors})

Looking for begginers/intermidiate users:
- [1/3] Unity engine users (Unity)
Including:
- [1/1] Coding (C#, C++, Java, Python)
- [0/1] Text writer; story, screenplay (office) Excellent English essential !
- [0/1] Multilingual translator (office) Good understanding of English essential !

- [1/2] 3D artists (google sketchup, Maya, 3ds Max)

- [0/1] UV mapping makers

- [0/2] 2D makers = Textures & Materials
- Skinning makers (Photoshop, Paint.NET, Adobe Illustrator)

- [0/2] Animators (MotionBuilder)
- Rigging makers (Poser)

- [0/2] Effect makers (Adobe After Effects)
- Rendering and lighting makers

- [1/1] Audio makers (Fruity Loops Studio, FL Studio)
- [0/x] Voice actors Excellent English pronunciation prefered !

Looking also for someone to provide Servises:
- [0/1] Web servises - sites
- [0/0] Game analytics - tester (MS Office) PS: not yet
- [0/2] Monetization servises - sponzoring

-(means recomended software)
Note: one person can fill more roles (benefits)
Note2: finished projects advatange for all roles
Note3: Of course, if ye can support us with something not on the list, let me know

This is serious!
If you are driven and decided to create something (un)real, or u r proffesional and want to only help us a little bit, DO NOT HESITATE and send me your application (and CV attached, saying more about your skills, software u use etc.) at:
Email: ArybethWindictive@gmail.com

with your cover letter, including mission statement (not in cv), where I want u to describe your goals, dreams and what do YOU want to achieve (and your ROLE {scripts, animations etc.}).

Come everyone, who`s willing to spend some time(hobby/interest) in front of the pc and improve your own skills, maybe for your future job.
Be aware that this huge project may take several years to complete, during that, I personally also can work on others projects as artist amateur, yet only during free time (3d models mostly)!
Iam looking forward to YOUR responses!

Unity is the only engine you mentioned.

Quote:1) where else shall i search?

You would have better luck in the Unity Collaboration forum.

Huge project, (un)real project, seriousness.. Yet no details about the project, not even a genre and a lot of uncertainty and cockiness.

Maybe you should pitch your idea so people know what they are getting into, and be a little less aggressive in your approach.
(also maybe it's just me, but the response to Duion felt a bit hostile.)
Also, this is clearly directed at Unity programmers like Duion and Michael Perry mentioned, but I guess there is no harm in looking for graphical developers in these forums, it's not all programmers around here.

Serious project with Unity ?
Are you sure ?
Without having the source code you stuck with hundreds of bugs. You also cannot optimize the technology.

Good luck!

I just don't get it, Unity's community is a thousand times bigger than this, why people need to try to hire even the last few of this small community?
