TGE Forever!

Torque MMOKit version 3 is on the way and running on 5 platforms - mostly because TGE rules!!! On the left is a $200 Acer Chromebook running Ubuntu demo and Wine demo, background an an iPad demo, foreground is a Kindle Fire demo, and finally on the right Mac OSX demo. All assets of art, sound, mission, etc. are identical - only compiled run-time executable is different. Thanks to Todd Pickens for art and Paul Foster & his team at Pick Up And Play for some OpenGL ES tricks. TorqueMMOKit is now made up of PGE (Prairie Game Engine) based on Torque Game Engine, and pyTGE Python bindings and a great deal of custom Python.

I think it could be cool to expand it to a larger audience. More is always better.
TGE/TGEA does seem to have an at least visible usership, still. I assumed both were dead for a while 'til I saw the forums were still pretty active. With good reason; they're still solid engines. There's things I prefer about them over even the newer offerings (including T3D.. just can't make myself like that engine for some reason, despite multiple attempts :-/).

Since Randel always has something up his sleeve, I wouldn't be surprised if he already has such plans in place.
As awesome as the kit is and the amount of work put into it, it would be sad to have it limited to such a small audience.
