So, what's it about?
I see it's 70 mb, not much, but my connection is slow, so what's in there?

Does it have some PDF/other document that will teach something about Torque 3d?

(just wanted to know if it's so any use to me)

Classroom course outline. Helped write it - imagine a "teachers' guide" for the FPS Tutorial.

Um, i checked it out, and it looks pretty much like it's a bundle of this FPS Tutorial(in PDF):

It's supplementary information to the FPS Tutorial to assist professors create classroom curriculum.
