GMK is MIT Licensed Now

Should have done it year ago, but felt that I need to fix some obvious compatibility bugs first.
There still some PhysX issues, but in general it works with T3d 2.0 fine.

Edit: One question
Is the license_agreement.txt still going to be used as a license because I thought it was MIT? For example, within that file it says that source can not be released, however MIT permits such code to be distributed.
