Realm Wars for Torque 3D

Hey everyone,
Before I begin the journey, I need some info if anyone has or is in the process of converting the Realm Wars game to Torque 3D? I would like to try to begin a group, free of course, to work on the project between us and release it for free after the convert. I know it could be a major undertaking but it would be a huge plus to the community to learn from if we can pull this off. I don;t want to reinvent the wheel, just trying to make it better. Any info would be great and where I can download the source from. I remember it many years back but I don't know if it is still available.
If this works out, I would be hosting the mods or code updates for T3D on my site directly for all who is working on the project with me at http://www.myambientworld.com. Thanks so much for the help in advance for any leads.
