Hi All,
Please help!!!
If you load up the full template and start with a empy room.
Add one cube from library/meshes art/shapes/cube
Duplicate the cube so you three cubes all with the same material.
Go into material editor and change material on cube....
Woops.. all cubes changes material .... select another cube change material.. woops T3D crashes....
What do I do wrong the thing I want to do is just to have different material on the cubes...
This drives me totally crazy!!
Please advise...

Materials are connected to specific shapes, so you would have to dublicate the cube shape file in the folder and name it cube2 or so, then you could add a different material to cube2.

"skin" was the solution I found to make variation of one object with different material.
