New Monetization Format, No Ad's

We just launched a pretty cool API at Gamerholic. This system will allow game developers to plug their games into the gamerholic competitive high score format.
You'll get paid each time someone plays your game in a competitive high score match.
This is an innovative way for game developers to earn a lot of money and it's not ad based.
Here's how it works:
Your game will require score submission to our Database.
1. Sign up at Gamerholic.com, next click the game developers link to add your game.
2. Enter your gaming company information to generate your key for your api.
3. Add your game. When you add your game you get to set the play fee.
Play Fee: The play fee is how much it will cost for gamers to play your game (like insert coin, sorta speak). You can set it at
$.01, $0.10, $0.50 whatever you think your game is worth per play.
4 Add a couple lines of code to your game to get JSON data.
Lets say you set the play fee as $0.10
John decides to play your game in the gamerholic competitive high score format.
His objective is to set the high score.
When John sets the high score, each time another gamer fails to beat his high score, he'll get
50% of your play fee or $0.05
You the game developer will earn 25% of the remaining $0.05. So you'll earn $0.025 credited to your
gamerholic.com account.
If your game is good enough to be played 10,000 times a day you'll earn $250 a day
We are looking for a few games to test this with.
If you are interested please log in create a developers account
add your game and follow the API instructions.
1st developer to add this format to their game will get a $50 bonus. Offer expires 11/18
I think you'll find we are a pretty innovative company ready to make crazy games for gamerholics.

Where else is your 25% of the play fee going to go if it doesn't go in your gamerholic account? When you are ready to withdraw your funds, you are paid out via paypal or by check.

@Kevin Game programmers will not be able to play their own games.Where else is your 25% of the play fee going to go if it doesn't go in your gamerholic account? When you are ready to withdraw your funds, you are paid out via paypal or by check.

Awesome, do you have a high score game to try it out with?

Sorry, did not mean to appear as agreeing to anything. I merely was assenting that being able to withdraw funds via PayPal is a workable strategy for you and any partners.
I am more curious than interested in business endeavors. I'm a lone wolf hobbyist, so my games tend to be labors of love, and I tend to not care anything about what people think of them.
So, in that light, do the games have to be web games, or can they be stand-alone, downloadable and installable packages?

Oh, I see, it's because the person gets half of revenue if high score is achieved.
Usually game programmers are insanely good at their own games does anything prevent them from maintaining high score on their own game?
It really seems like game gambling. Maybe it will be addictive like gambling - but it just feels a little sketch right now.
Developers are going to want liquid assets (check to their bank account) not just more coins for the arcade.
