Old Business

  1. Welcome to new committee members
  2. Charter Review
    • General feeling is that it's good for a 1.0.
    • May want to put it out for the community to review before stamping it 1.0
  3. CSA
    • CSA is final and ready to be implemented on the site
    • A new role on the site needs to be created for committee members, both to note who they are in the forums and to allow them to see if someone has agreed to the CSA or not.
    • Must be agreed to for pull requests to be merged in
    • Github username section will be added to accounts to link GG accounts with Github accounts
    • CSA could potentially be live today
    • Motion to add the CSA as a requirement to the Charter, consensus was to add it.
  4. Discussion on the production/release model

  5. Review Action Items
      6. Voting system action items completed
    • Project Generator in progress
    • App for build server to upload builds to Github - not started yet
    • Pruning binaries from repo - Dependent on app for build server being in place

New Business

  1. Scott will stay on with the committee as secretary
  2. Discussion on schedule of blogs to go up in next few days
    • Dave's two week update going up today.
    • Announcement of new members next week along with charter posting
  3. Location to post charter
    • Post it on the Github wiki for now
    • Build a proper committee page for the GG website to promote the committee and house the charter instead of a slapdash one
