Torsion Key Stopped Working?

I posted this in the Torsion section, however, its been 2 days and I have not gotten a response. I figured I may as well post here. My key for torsion is broken, it was good for a while because I got some of the art side done, but I need Torsion to work again. So, if you can, please fix this (directed towards people who actually can fix it)

I e-mailed for a new key last week to David who usually handled this kind of thing but I have had no response. Could someone please help me fix my Torsion key that stopped working?
