Texture dosen't show up

So I posted this problem in the Artist Forum and they were saying that I might have better luck here. Basicly all I am doing is importing in a simple 6 sided box mesh from that has a texture on and has been UVW mapped. The model was re-converted to a mesh before exporting and everything is done correctly on 3DS Max end. However when import everything in to the Torque X 3D engine I can't see the box unless I have it selected and the only thing that shows up at that point is the wire frame of the selection. 100% for what I am trying to do and for some reason it is still not working. Any ideas?

We are using Microsoft Visual C# 2008 Express Edition and 3DS Max 2010.
