Problems with Torque 3d 1.1 beta 3

Hello, I just recently purchased Plastic Tweaker, and after installing, I've been running into troubles. I installed everything with no problems. The instruction were very concise and easy to follow. After creating a new project and pressing CTRL+T, The Plastic Tweaker window appears, but fails to load the welcome page. Then, after clicking on the list to try to browse the datablocks, it crashed with an exception in my projects dll. I'm not sure if this is a problem concerning the new beta, or possibly with my setup. I am running Win7 64bit with administrative rights. I did not apply the cpp code as I am not a source owner. Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem or know of a possible fix. Thanks.
