Installation error [SOLVED]

Hey all,
I was wondering if anyone had come across an installation error with the PSK?
I'm running:
Torque X 3.1.5 pro
Visual Studio 2008 Pro
Windows 7 64 Ultimate
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
I did see another thread mention that there were issues with source code being released and the currently released version doesn't work with 3.1.5?
*SOLVED - running the wrong version of the ||PSK
