Oh I am on FireFox 3.6.6, but it happens in Chrome as well. Also I deleted my cache in both cases.
Let me know if you need anymore info.

This is purely visual, but the My Account link when hovering over it doesn't highlight purple like the others (company, support...) so the drop down looks odd (up too much).Oh I am on FireFox 3.6.6, but it happens in Chrome as well. Also I deleted my cache in both cases.
Let me know if you need anymore info.

I no longer have access to the T3D private forum (which has already been reported), but for some reason I have now gained access to the TGB Kart Kit (Private) forum.

Currently T3D Pro doesn't give a discount for owning TGEA; it's just displaying my T3D binary discount.I no longer have access to the T3D private forum (which has already been reported), but for some reason I have now gained access to the TGB Kart Kit (Private) forum.

Also where is the new EULA located? The only link I can find is to here, which is linked to from the "Licensing" section of the product page. However, I believe that’s still the old EULA.
You mention here that:
But the EULA I linked to above currently still states in section 3(b):
So I can only assume that the new EULA still hasn't been posted yet or is in a different location that is extremely hard or impossible to find. And either way, I thought you’d want to know about it.
EDIT: It looks like the correct EULA is up on every product page except the T3D page, which was the only one I checked before posting the above.

Thanks for the reply Eric. Also where is the new EULA located? The only link I can find is to here, which is linked to from the "Licensing" section of the product page. However, I believe that’s still the old EULA.
You mention here that:
Quote:
The $250,000/yr. stipulation has been removed for all game development.
But the EULA I linked to above currently still states in section 3(b):
Quote:
Torque 3D Professional and Torque 3D Artist may not be licensed and used by companies or incorporated entities that had a turnover in excess of US$250,000 in their last fiscal year.

We will remove the old EULA soon.

@Twisted -You can find the EULA during the check out or under company->licensing on the nav bar.We will remove the old EULA soon.

I prefered it when TGE and TGEA weren't in "my products" list above Torque3D(Private) (previously they'd been moved to "Engines" out of the way).
Petty I know - but personal preference ...

That's still how they are. The only forums that should appear in the My Products forum list are products you own that have private forums. Is it displaying differently for you?

Now they're back in "My Products" like they had been before the previous update.
As I said, petty complaint.

As of the previous site update (many moons ago), though I owned TGE and TGEA, they had both been moved to "Engines" rather than "My Products". So only T3d displayed in "My Products", regardless of the fact that I owned the 2 older engines. Now they're back in "My Products" like they had been before the previous update.
As I said, petty complaint.

The products in question that appear incorrectly to me are: TGB Adventure Kit (Private), Torque for Wii (Private), Torque 3D for the iPhone (Private), TGB Platformer Kit (Private), TGB Kart Kit (Private), and Universal AI Starter Kit. I own none of these products or have any need/desire to access these forum sections -- simple and petty complaint for sure, as there is no justification for them (for me) to be at the top of that section before Torque 3D (Private), Associates Discussion (Private), etc.

Something similar to what Steve is experiencing, yet different, is that several products appear under the "My Product" forum section that I DO NOT actually own. These products/engines were once located under the "Engines" or "Add-Ons" section(s) previously. The links to the demos for TorqueX (Both 2D and 3D) are broken and result in a 404. I wanted to evaluate this product before I buy it, is there any chance that this broken link was caused by the site update?
#32
Nope, that wasn't caused by the site update, but it'll be fixed today and you'll see why it was when it happens.

In the forum lists, the Torque Game Builder forum is under "Engines." It was previously under "My products."
#34
That's not a bug, its actually correcting a bug. The only forums that should appear in that section are the private forums for any products you own.

Thanks for the answer.
However, as I own Torque Game Builder Pro (bought it as early adopter actually), I thought it ought to be under "My Products".
Hmm, but I'm also just noticing my account says I own Torque 2D and Torque 2D Pro. If that means I'm already considered as an owner of the future Torque 2D, I would of course be glad of it and wouldn't whine because the TGB board under engines, but I doubt it's the case ;)

Those forums were made public last year, or was it the beginning of this year. Anyway, when we made the majority of the forums public the only private ones left were T3D, console engines, and any private forums for 3rd party products.
Some people were seeing them still in My Products after that and some weren't, so now it's been corrected to how it's supposed to be.

Okay, I understand now, thanks for the answer :) It was pretty useful to have it on top, though I can live with it...
Have a good day and thanks for the quick answer :)

We did a renaming of the engines to bring them inline with their functionality. TGB has been renamed back to Torque 2D. It, however, has caused some confusion. But Eric's post looks at how we will be naming our engines in the future to avoid confusion.

Take a look at the T3D Private forum and you may notice that page 2 appears to skip about an entire day's worth of posts. Maybe it's skipping straight to page 3, I can't really say. The newest post on p2 is from about 3:00 PM 7/27, and it jumps to ~7:00PM 7/28 when you go to page 1. There are a few posts last updated on the 27th which I know still exist (can find them in my post history) but which aren't showing up in the thread list anywhere.
*Edit: Now I'm thinking this is an issue with how it's handling all the stickies on the first page of the T3D forum. IE, each page shows 30 forum threads, but the first page has ~10 stickies. So page 1 displays 10 stickies, then threads 1-20. Page 2 displays threads 31-60, and we lose threads 21-30.

Looks like there's something a bit broken with the forum thread indexing since the update (may have existed before the update, I can't actually confirm).Take a look at the T3D Private forum and you may notice that page 2 appears to skip about an entire day's worth of posts.
