No access to forum for me either, this is probably due to the fact that according to my products i'm no longer a torque3d pro owner either

@Bloodknight - Your engine is under the studio tab. The forum issue will be fixed in the next 24 hours. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hey Eric, I know this is a wrong thread. Does this mean, that if we upgrade the license, we will get a Studio Pro license with source code and all?

It depends on which engine you have and which upgrade path you take.
Binary Individual > Binary (Studio) is $25
Pro Individual > Pro (Studio) is $25

is it possible to add a timezone setting to the profiles? Everytime I look at forum posts, the timestamp is always off. thanks

@David - thanks. I thought getting the source for $25 more was really a treat. Well, its not yet that time of the year then. ;)

Website Bug - The "g GarageGames" logo on the heading of every page is clipped by the flyout menus "Home Engines Add-Ons etc.." using Firefox 3.6.6, the logo needs to be moved up or the menus down.

Make sure to delete your browser's cache. The GG logo should now be replaced by the Torque by InstantAction logo.

The $25 price is an upgrade price to your existing license -it's an upgrade. So if you bought Torque 3D for $1000.00 you purchase the $25 dollars to convert the non-studio license to studio. With the studio license you can then assign that license to anyone else as a floating seat.
With the prior license and EULA, you couldn't re-assign the license. If you were a studio, you would have buy an extra $1000.00 license for that person and when the contract ended, it would still be in their name.
Most of our users didn't really understand this and people were unknowingly breaking the EULA. The people that were adhering to the license paid the extra grand. We don't want to punish people who following the rules so building this admin interface was the solution.
@Jason - Hit shift F5 to refresh your browser.

You can click to close it, but I'd rather it just wasn't there or turned off permanently once I dismissed it (remembered via a cookie perhaps).
(strictly speaking not a 'bug', but it 'bugs' me ;-)

Is it just me or is the orange speech bubble at the bottom right of the page annoying? You can click to close it, but I'd rather it just wasn't there or turned off permanently once I dismissed it (remembered via a cookie perhaps).

@Everyone - If you no longer have access to private forums, you must add yourself to the floating license in your "My Studio" admin panel. We will update the site today to do this step by default so that future people aren't locked out.

@Duncan - The chat is just for a limited time during the site update. Our site update process is a bit less than perfect so until we can build the proper system, site updates are a bit brittle and do contain opportunity for human error.@Everyone - If you no longer have access to private forums, you must add yourself to the floating license in your "My Studio" admin panel. In the user popup, the Torque Products owned is no longer showing all products owned. In my case TGE, TGEa, and TorqueX. Torque3D Pro does appear.
