Help with Skill menu please..

Hi, I am wondering if there are resources out there for AFX that enables a menu of skills and skill levels. I am trying to implement this on the RPG I m making. I want a skill menu wherein it can be dragged over the skills list. Hot keys 1-0,- and =. Is there any? If there is could you help me and post here where I can find one. Thank you very much.
