Landscaping in T3D has been the thorn in many a developer's side. This small guide attempts to demystify a lot of the finer workings of the editors, as well as offering some helpful, time-saving techniques for budding environment artists.

One of the hardest lessons for me to learn as an Indie game developer was that I couldn't do it alone. All of the work that goes into making a good game requires a lot of different talents, ranging from programming to graphic design to 3D modeling to sound and music. And when I tried to perform each of these roles, it simply dragged out the game development project too much.

So after loosing about 50% of everything I finally got everything back and some completely re-coded for simplicity. This is a list of all changes that will be part of the release of the engine thus far.

At 23 weeks pregnant, a scan on Brianna Hammond's unborn child revealed an abnormality with her baby's heart. Diagnosed with Pulmonary Atresia with VSD (in layman's terms a closed vessel and a hole in the heart), Brianna's child will need immediate life-saving postnatal surgery. I have banded together with other local game developers to create Games for Growing a Broken Heart, a series of mobile games to raise funds for the Hammond family.

The fires in Colorado are out of control, and thousands of people are losing their homes. We may not be fire fighters, but we can still help - with a game jam fundraiser!
