Modmaker Weapons Pack 2

To build great games you need great tools! Our model packs are designed by professional 3D artists with over six years experience in creating high-value content for AAA titles. Each weapon has been meticulously researched to ensure the most accurate representation of detail while at the same time guaranteeing maximum playability.
The Modmaker Weapons Pack 2 includes a collection of 10 handguns and submachine guns for Torque with many levels of customization and also comes with the Modmaker tool so you can create customized weapon scripts for your game!
NetGeos has created this set of high end weapon models that are perfect for any game type. They are designed with quality in mind, so you always have the best. The weapons included in this pack are famous the world over, and used by various armies and organizations as a primary means of offense and defense.
Whether you're an American Trooper with his trusty Beretta, a Czech officer with a Scorpion, or Special Forces with the SOCOM, this pack has you covered. It includes weapons like the MP5, the standard in United States assault weapons. These weapons are crafted with realism in mind, but they can easily be customized with the included Modmaker mod tool. The pack has limitless customization options.
In addition to the great tools, this pack comes with Normal and Specular maps so you can easily pull the DTS objects into the Torque Game Engine Advanced. Each weapon is individually handcrafted with no two being alike, and each weapon also comes with Level of Detail and an optimal polycount for not only good looks, but fast performance where it counts.
Getting quality models like this can cost a lot of money. Add in animations, and you're looking at spending thousands upon thousands of dollars. This pack brings that much value to your project for a fraction of the cost. These days, high production values count for a lot, and a professional looking game gets much more attention than others.

Community Reviews and Discussion
Customer review from Conner Irwin, Nov 18, 2007 at 00:12 GMT
"The models seem nice, and the animations are fair. The editor is easy to use however the exported files are not. There seems to be a missing client file that is required for zooming in. The weapon position in third person is off and I'm not sure how to use the hands. I'm still fairly new to Torque and I imagine I can overcome these problems on my own eventually, but meanwhile this is quite annoying. The documentation is very vague aswell.
