it worked for me, no problem for the french keyboard :)

"İ" ( "I" with dot, uppercase)
"ı" ( "i" without dot, lowercase )
"Ğ" and "ğ" ( "g" with cap at the top, lowercase and uppercase)
"Ş" and "ş" ( "s" with dot at the bottom, lowercase and uppercase)
Results for a "Q Turkish" keyboard.

Turkish characters already works in HEAD normally. However, this patch makes some Turkish characters to NOT work. The characters that does not work after the patch are: "İ" ( "I" with dot, uppercase)
"ı" ( "i" without dot, lowercase )
"Ğ" and "ğ" ( "g" with cap at the top, lowercase and uppercase)
"Ş" and "ş" ( "s" with dot at the bottom, lowercase and uppercase)
Results for a "Q Turkish" keyboard.
