2D artist and/or pixel artist

Hello,
I'm an indie game developer who is making an XNA game.
I'm looking for a 2d (possibly pixel) artist to create one level. A wrestling ring, arena and an animated crowd.

Something to the effect of this:

But obviously in your own style.

I'd like to have a separate sprite sheet for the crowd animation.

My budget is slightly limited, but I'd like to hear your rates. Please let me know if you're interested.

Deliverable would be a layered photoshop file. I would provide the photoshop file that I'm working with now so you could see the dimensions.
