strange bounds, why?

Hi,
i have problem with bounds. For test i create teapot from max. Then i create box (each side have another size) like bounds. Then export and result is bad.

It seems, that view 3D shape use another side of bounding box for cut. It is top(bottom) side of box.
When i create cube (all sides same) that is shown correctly.

Why i can`t use box insted of cube?

in TGB you can change the properties of the model to be viewed properly.
That is just how it is...I don't remember much more about that.
