It's the 11th sticky on the main Torque 3d Forum page, the one labelled "IMPORTANT: Before running - Update DXSDK, PhysX SDK, PhysX Software (links inside)".

i had forgotten where it was and was looking in the individual forums and not finding it there. I forgot about just scrolling down once i went in the private forum.
