Torque Toolbox Bug

When I launch the torque toolbox and then close it by clicking the red X up in the corner. The tool box minimizes and shows up in my task bar as expected. However if i then double click the Torque 3D 2009 Beta 5 short cut to relaunch the tool box, two tool box windows show up for a second, one closes and the one remaining hangs. If I try to close the window by clicking the red X the tool box is not either non-responsive or crashes. However, when i tried to reproduce this issue, I noticed that if I don't try to click any buttons or close the toolbox window it seems to be fine after about 5 seconds or so. Anyway, not a show stopper but something I thought I should mention.

I'm running on Windows 7 RTM with NVIDIA GTX 280 SLI x2
