importing building

Alright so I have a building I need to import into torque, now the building has windows and everything pretty much separate (its a max file), My question is this: how do you apply only one texture map on to the building while letting the windows reflect? wont it then make the whole building reflective?

And my second questions is this: I need to make an interior and the building is pretty oddly shaped so do you recommend modeling the inside separately and just placing it inside of the shell of the building in torque?

Ya know I've got the same questions myself. On one hand I've got buildings i modeled in Max, that look real nice all textured and such, and then the buildings I have that have interiors are made in Constructor, and they look too clean, and its really hard to have tile-able grunge. I was thinking of making the interior in Constructor, and then making the outside in Max, like you were saying. My only beef is getting my Max things the correct size in Torque.
