3ds max 2009 export probs

Hiya, Yes I am Very new to max and I was wondering if I could get a little help with a prob while exporting to .dts for use in Torque.

I have no problems exporting 1 object to dts then placing in the torque game, However when I make say a Wheel with spokes,I can export it but when I see it in game engine it only shows as One spoke and not all 11 other spokes and the wheel. This goes for any multiple objects.
I select all the objects btw in max when using the dts exporter..

I would be very happy of any help you could give please.

Please remember I am new to this so have a little patience when answering :)

Either:
attach all geometry to make 1 object, and then export the same way that you have been attempting.
OR
you will need to include every 'object'(mesh) in the hierarchy needed for dts exporting. (Parenting the meshes of the same detail level to the Start node).

Please read the docs & also become familiar with the schematic view in Max.
