Searching for 3D Animator.

We are searching for 1 animator who can do combat animation for already created and uvmapped figures. Specefically mediaval combat moves with sword, pike, etc for a 3D CRPG. The result must be exportable from MAX3 through our exporter. The game's technical demo is available for viewing.
