"Your installation of XNA Studio does not support this project"

I installed C# Express w/SP1 (new download), then XNA Studio 3.1 (new download), then TorqueX 2D 3.1 (new download).
When I create a new project all the references have yellow warning symbols and I get the warning I put on the subject line.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Except the Platformer Starter Kit -- that seems firmly broken. I've got the Indiana Jones-type one that came with 2D to play with, though. :-)
