beta 4 bug: river rendering problem when player is underwater

when the player views a river section that is under a second water object, it shines.
any ideas as to a fix?

Hm, maybe we need to sort the water render instances so they are rendered from farthest to closest...

A little update...

Unfortunately we will not have a fix for this until 1.1, when the rendering of transparency will be overhauled to allow proper lighting and depth-culling per pixel of up to 4 layers of transparency ( in theory ).
