Sprite animation Software???

Im looking for a Good program for creating sprites
but the only ones i've found were vary low quality.

Please help.

Graphics Gale looks like a good one, but....it looks like its all in Japanese?!?
Is there a language setting so I could fix this?

I checked out the trial and it's in English on my system.
