trying to get email support for buying product

by Thomas Salisbury · in Torque Game Engine Advanced · 07/21/2009 (7:08 pm) · 7 replies

Your site says to email support@garagegames.com for a failed transaction, but your email is a dead link. It gets returned.

Can someone help me please? Thanks

well I just used a different card, so its all good. My concern is the link expires in 15min?? How do you get the program if I can't download it in 15 min?

The link is re-created whenever you go to your MyProducts page. It creates it on the fly.

For the email, I bet you have to remove the null after the @ sign for it to work.

I didn't use their link, I copied the address, and posted it directly. The was no null in it. support@garagegames.com does not work, or they block hotmail address's, which is what I used here, so not sure.

I do know that Comcast.net filters email and something in GG's network (not theirs but their suppliers) is blocked by Comcast. So I had to switch to another email address. And it's not just GG. Softimage, SidefX and other sites are blocked as well. Frustrating as I know Dave Montgomery was replying to me, but I never got the emails:) You never know hotmail may do the same thing, lots of people and businesses complaining on their forums.

Yeah, probably. I want to use the same email I have registered here. guess I just can't email them.

The support e-mail works. I wish it didn't some days, though, since I get so much. ;)

Not sure why you're not getting through. I get a lot of e-mails from Hotmail. I haven't gotten anything from you, though.

Yeah, I hear ya. It was rejected by the mail server. I just sent another one as a test. you can delete it, I just wanted to see it go through.
