TGE Example Crashes

Running the 1.5.2 example crashes the computer.
Before we go into the hardware let me say this box has been running Torque for a couple years now with no problems. I had a hard drive crash and had to reinstall all the software. Looks like the problem is the ATI 9600 driver which used to work perfectly (upgraded to newest driver after crash ) and now I get a game crash here.

Looks to be the ATI Driver. Any help here other than me having to tell my customers to not upgrade the ATI drivers?

The fine people at GG needs to get ahold of the fine people at ATI and find some way of dealing with ATI video drivers. I have 3 or 4 computers with driver issues all from ATI.
