TXB from TX2D says it's version 2.0, not 3.0

I have TX2D 3.0 installed and running in Visual Studio 2008 with XNA 3. I also still have VS2005/XNA2 on this box along with an older version of TX.
When I run the new TXB that came with version 3 (and which is in the 3 folder) it says it's running 2.0.0.0 and the About box also says that it's 2.0.0.0.
Is this normal?

Mine has always said the same thing. In fact I think when it was released a lot of people had mentioned this issue, but it was never resolved. Not that it really hurts anything :)
