TXB Loading Scene problem

Hi,
i obviously get all the weird problems with TX :).
The problem i have is with Loading Scene into TXB (a scene that already exist). Let me say more about the circumstances:
I have 78 Objects in my scene, 16 are static/animated sprites and particle effects (some are templates, some are not) and 62 SceneObjects (plain) used for collision and way points (one of them has a trigger component, 9 of them have a custom component). EVERY THING works in game, when playing a level JUST GREAT. But when i load the scene in TXB 7 of 9 last SceneObjects (used for way points, that have a custom Component on them) are not in the editor and i think not even loaded (they are an exact copy paste of the first two only with different position and some different parameters set on the custom component).
If i choose to AGAIN copy paste them around the level, set them up, and SAVE the level (scene) everything is there in txscene file (looked up in an text editor), if i load the file again in TXB those exactly 7 last are missing?
I know there is a objects on view limit, unless you set the far distance of the camera to a higher number, BUT is there also a LIMIT on objects in a scene that TXB is able to LOAD? Because the engine is capable of loading them, i am just having problem with TXB! (i can build it with editing XML file, just want to know if there are some limitations or known problems).
