Functions Missing?

Just wondering guys, but... according to older documentation, the functions I am looking for have either become absolute, are missing or have been changed.

Presently, I'm looking for 2 that I cannot find.

For GUIs, I was looking for the scroll function that would allow me to have a scrolling image.

In the editor, I was setting up a parallax scroller, but can't seem to find the "Repeat" function that is listed to be in the editor.

Any help? :)
