rpgdialog Gui help

I have been using rpgdialog and its a great resource but im having a major problem with it. I can't change the gui for the chat window. When I start talking to an npc I can't see all the text. I need to make the width higher. How would i do that? I have tried changing things in rpgdialog.gui but no success.
Someone please reply ASAP as i need to fix this probelm within a day.
